Created for the overnight business trip and well suited for the extended stay, our Guest Membership provides non-card-carrying guests with premier access to a world otherwise only available to Club ELM members.

Eligible guest members will obtain private access to SoCal’s most exclusive luxury Concierge service to assist with work + play.

A 24/7 dedicated Concierge, a liaison with the connections + expertise of a well polished hotel concierge, combined with a personalized approach to ensure guests are well looked after. ELM Concierge helps navigate Guests’ work agendas + help ensure their leisure time is well spent whilst away.

Our Concierge team coordinates a Pre-Arrival Call to assist Guest Members in coordinating the different elements that will comprise their trip. From booking travel + accommodations to securing restaurant reservations and pre-arranging leisure activities, Guest Members need only speak with one person to prepare their itinerary from start to finish.

Exclusive member access available to Guest Members throughout their experience. Such perks include preferred rates with our Suppliers and complimentary upgrades at partner hotels (subject to availability).

ACCESS

Potential Guest Members must submit an application via ClubELM.com at least 14-days prior to their arrival. Eligibility will be confirmed within 48-hours. Please note that last-minute memberships are subject to a surcharge
